November is Cybersecurity Awareness Month

Implementing cybersecurity policies is one of the most effective ways to protect your clients’ or employees’ PHI. The information is valuable for identity theft and healthcare fraud.

To prevent a breach of the ePHI you control, you must enact basic precautionary measures. This week, we share the Department of Health and Human Services newsletter on national cybersecurity awareness month. It contains tips for securing electronic data and preventing bad actors from accessing your confidential information.
