Jason is a HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner, HITRUST Quality Professional and serves as a Senior Auditor for SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits.

In Jason’s role as Principal Consultant, he is responsible for completing security and compliance GAP assessments, developing and managing security and compliance programs as well as performing security and compliance assessments. With over 20 years experience implementing and managing security and compliance programs for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, HealthCare providers and technology companies around the Globe, Jason is able to use his diverse background in technology and business operations to steward businesses smoothly through program implementation in what can often be a challenging and arduous process. Jason has served as the Technology Control Officer for a foreign owned DoD contractor ensuring that systems, processes and information were not inappropriately influenced in support of the US Government. To date, Jason has worked with several businesses to achieve and maintain SOC2 favorable opinions and HITRUST certifications.
