The best tactic to sell HIPAA is to start with a comprehensive compliance review. Identify the holes and break up the data into bite size pieces. Most HR people are overwhelmed by the amount of government regulation so they welcome the help provided by an advisor who understands ACA, ERISA, 125 and HIPAA to name a few. The job of the agent is to keep the employer out of trouble.
