You have two weeks to complete this assessment.
You can start and stop at any time. If you want to save and continue later, scroll down to the bottom of the Risk Assessment page you are working on, and use the “Save and Continue Later” button. You will have 30 days from the day you begin the Assessment to complete your work before the system resets. If you do “Save and Continue Later”, the system will generate a unique URL. If you lose your unique URL, you will be required to start that section of the Risk Assessment from the very beginning. Our tech support team cannot retrieve lost URLs.
Once you submit your information, Total HIPAA will review your answers, and convert them to the required documents. You will not be able to edit your answers online after you submit your information. However, you can always edit the Risk Assessment Document that you receive from Total HIPAA.
We will return your Risk Assessment within 1-2 weeks with our feedback on your answers. Remember, be thorough and truthful with your answers. Don’t worry about being right or wrong! This tool will identify vulnerabilities in your systems and processes. The experts at Total HIPAA can help you address any gaps or vulnerabilities we find along the way.
